Arkansas Energy and Environment will advertise the programs that the Enterprise Services Division oversees. This includes the Small Business Assistance Program, Arkansas Recycling Equipment Tax Credit Program, and the Natural State Stewardship Program, a voluntary program that provides recogntion for organizations in Arkansas that excel in sustainablity practices, the conservation of Arkansas Natural Resources, or the advancement of education in their communities.
